Event Booking Terms and Conditions · Last updated July 2026
By confirming a booking with TMW Productions, the client or venue acknowledges and agrees to the terms set out in this document. No physical signature is required. Acceptance of the booking constitutes full agreement to these terms and conditions.
All invoices issued by TMW Productions must be settled within seven (7) days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to make payment within this period may result in cancellation of services and/or additional charges.
TMW Productions expects all clients, guests, and venue staff to treat the DJ and any accompanying personnel with respect at all times.
The venue is responsible for ensuring that guest behaviour remains appropriate throughout the event.
Any form of verbal abuse, aggression, intimidation, or physical interference towards the DJ, equipment, or staff will not be tolerated. If such behaviour occurs, TMW Productions reserves the right to immediately terminate performance and withdraw from the event without refund.
Any damage to equipment or property caused by guests or venue negligence will be chargeable to the venue or client.
TMW Productions is committed to maintaining a professional, courteous, and reliable service at all times.
The DJ will conduct themselves appropriately, dress suitably for the event, and operate within the venue's health and safety requirements.
During the warmer summer months, and in view of the rising temperatures now common in the UK, DJs working on behalf of TMW Productions may wear smart and suitable summer attire, such as tailored shorts and open collared shirts. Presentation will remain neat and professional at all times.
All performances will be delivered to a high professional standard, and the DJ will liaise courteously with venue staff, other suppliers, and guests throughout the event. If any issues arise during the event, they will be handled respectfully and, where possible, discreetly.
TMW Productions holds public liability insurance, and all equipment is PAT tested. Documentation is available to venues on request.
As TMW Productions continues to thrive, additional DJs may at times be used for events, even where Tom has initially been booked. Tom works with a small, trusted and highly skilled set of DJs, and clients will always be informed well ahead of time.
This arrangement also means that, should the unexpected occur, professional cover is available and your event will still go ahead.
When planning your event using the online planning tool, you may be asked what time your guests are arriving. This information helps the DJ understand who is likely to be present during setup, and should not be taken as the start time for music. Performance start and finish times are those agreed at the time of booking.
TMW Productions will not be held liable for non-performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, illness, or equipment failure despite proper maintenance. In such cases, any payments made may be transferred to a new agreed date, subject to availability.
