As soon as possible — especially for Saturday weddings and dates between May and September. Popular dates can book up a year or more in advance. A £100 deposit secures your date once we've confirmed everything.
Everything is included — professional sound system, full LED lighting rig, setup and breakdown, the online planning portal, and my time on the night. Evening only starts from £545, all day hosting from £995. Uplighting and add-ons are available separately.
Absolutely. I love requests — they're often what makes a night truly special. You can submit requests through the planning portal beforehand, and I'm always happy to take them on the night too. I'll use my experience to judge whether and when to play them.
Yes to both. I hold £10,000,000 public liability insurance through my MDJN membership, and all equipment is PAT tested. I'm used to providing documentation for venues that require it — just ask.
Once you're booked, I'll set you up with access to my planning portal at booking.tmwproductions.co.uk. From there you can build your playlist, add must-plays and must-not-plays, set your running order and timeline, and leave any notes for me. You can do it at your own pace, whenever suits you.
Yes — I'm based in Leicestershire but cover events across the East Midlands and further afield. Travel costs may apply for events outside the local area. Just ask when you enquire and I'll let you know.
